Where: Upstairs overlooking the ocean at the Kokonut Café. After yoga join us for a refreshing juice or coconut in the breezy Kokonut Café or grab a coffee to go.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a bottle of water.
Yoga instructor Phyliss Morris teaches vinyasa flow yoga with a focus on balance and alignment. This style of yoga involves coordinating breath with movement, transitioning smoothly from one posture to the next. Phyliss trained in yoga teaching at the Byron Yoga Centre near her home town on the North Coast of NSW, Australia. She can assist you to locate and engage core muscle groups to safely practise yoga in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is welcome and classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
