I have been teaching meditation for the last 25 years and have not only found meditation to be beneficial in my life, but I have seen the difference it can make to others lives.
Often our day to day lives are full of busy schedules that can cause us to feel tired, frustrated and stressed. Stress upon stress is a major problem these days and can lead to illness and burnout.
